Cancellation and refund policy
At Odisea Tours, we strive to offer the best travel experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for the tours we operate.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
————————————————————————————————–
Flexible Cancellation (60 Days or More Before Departure)
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service fees (if applicable).
Partial Refund (31-60 Days Before Departure)
- Cancellations made between 31 and 60 days prior to the departure date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
Limited Refund (15-30 Days Before Departure)

2. Cancellation by Odisea Tours
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Insufficient number of participants for a group tour (if applicable)
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule for a future date.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
- Non-refundable fees (such as booking fees, administrative fees, or third-party service fees) will not be included in the refund.
4. Third-Party Services
As a tour operator, we often rely on third-party suppliers for certain services (e.g., accommodations, transportation, activities). These third-party suppliers may have their own cancellation and refund policies, which we must adhere to. In cases where a third party’s policy is more restrictive, their policy will take precedence over ours.
5. Changes and Rebooking
If you wish to modify your booking:
- Date Changes: Changes to the tour date may be allowed depending on availability and must be requested at least 30 days before the scheduled departure. A rebooking fee of 1.000€ will apply.
- Tour Credit: Instead of canceling, you may opt to receive a travel credit equal to the amount paid, valid for use on any future tour booked with us within 12 months. The request for a travel credit must be made at least 30 days before departure.
6. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
In the event of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., war, pandemic, civil unrest, etc.), we will work to provide a full refund or future travel credit, depending on the circumstances. However, certain non-refundable costs (such as those incurred from third-party suppliers) may be deducted from the total refund.
7. Non-Refundable Components
Certain components of your tour may be non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Flights (if booked through us and subject to airline policy)
- Hotel bookings with non-refundable terms
- Specially arranged experiences or excursions that have non-refundable supplier terms.
8. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans, including cancellations due to personal or medical reasons, trip interruptions, or delays.
We will always endeavor to do our utmost to accommodate our customers, even in the most exceptional of circumstances.
